OVERVIEW

We borrowed space from an adjacent room to expand the footprint, then built a custom closet with smart organization and soft-close hardware. Fresh paint in calming tones, new wide-plank flooring, and thoughtful lighting design transformed this into a true retreat. The kind of space you look forward to at the end of the day. Added blackout shades and sound dampening for better sleep quality.

OVERVIEW

The bathroom had sustained visible cracking from the earthquake but the structure remained sound. We stripped the damaged finishes, repaired all fractured surfaces, and rebuilt the space from scratch. Clean tile work, modern fixtures, and soft neutral tones bring it back to life. Beyond the bathroom, the kitchen and living areas received fresh coats of paint in warm, calming tones — restoring a sense of newness throughout the entire unit and giving a home they can feel confident in every day.
