OVERVIEW

We borrowed space from an adjacent room to expand the footprint, then built a custom closet with smart organization and soft-close hardware. Fresh paint in calming tones, new wide-plank flooring, and thoughtful lighting design transformed this into a true retreat. The kind of space you look forward to at the end of the day. Added blackout shades and sound dampening for better sleep quality.

OVERVIEW

Several rooms in this condo unit suffered wall cracking from the earthquake. We repaired all damaged surfaces throughout — patching and skim-coating fractured walls in the kitchen, bedrooms, and living area. Each room received fresh paint, new wallpaper where needed, updated lighting fixtures, and carefully finished corner trims to restore the unit to its original condition.
